Webexom (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a freelance collective of web developers, designers, and AI engineers operating out of Malpura, Tonk, Rajasthan, India. We build custom websites, AI chatbots, MVP products, API integrations, and automation workflows for businesses worldwide.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit webexom.com, book a call, or engage our services. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

- Booking details — name, email address, phone number, and any notes you submit when scheduling a call via Cal.com.
- Project enquiries — details about your business, project requirements, and budget shared during calls, emails, or messages.
- Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages, and other correspondence related to your project or enquiry.
- Billing information — invoice details, GST number (if applicable), and payment records. We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referral source, and interactions with our website.
- Device information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address (anonymised where possible).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To scope, quote, and deliver your project.
- To send project updates, invoices, and support communications.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Cal.com — for scheduling enquiry calls. Your name, email, and any notes you provide are stored by Cal.com.
- Razorpay — for payment processing. We do not see or store your full payment card details.
- Vercel — for website hosting. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Fonts / Fontshare — for typography. Font files may be loaded from their servers.
- WhatsApp — for project communication. Messages are subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily for analytics and performance monitoring. We do not use advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site or contact us.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- Project-related data — retained for the duration of the working relationship plus 3 years for accounting and legal compliance.
- Enquiry data — retained for 12 months after the last contact, unless a project is initiated.
- Analytics data — retained in anonymised form indefinitely.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
Under Indian law and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

No transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required under applicable law.

We work with clients and use services globally. Your data may be processed on servers located outside India (for example, Vercel’s US-based or EU-based infrastructure). Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where required.
By engaging our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. For material changes that affect how we use your data, we will notify active clients via Email.
